We are looking for an experienced VP – Non-EB Claims to lead and scale the Pan-India Non-EB Claims function for a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance company.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who has deep expertise in Non-EB insurance claims , strong stakeholder management skills, and experience leading teams across India.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Pan-India Non-EB Claims team
- Own the end-to-end claims lifecycle — evaluation, documentation, assessment, negotiation & settlement
- Handle complex, high-value and escalated claims
- Build robust relationships with insurers, surveyors, clients and other stakeholders
- Drive compliance with policy terms, regulations and internal processes
- Build and improve claims SOPs, service standards and governance frameworks
- Monitor TATs, ageing, settlements, escalations and overall claims performance




- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Mentor and develop claims leaders and teams across locations
- Present claims insights and performance updates to senior leadership

? What We're Looking For

✅ 10+ years of overall experience

✅ Strong and significant experience in Non-EB Insurance Claims

✅ Proven experience managing Pan-India claims teams

✅ Strong understanding of claims processes, insurance regulations and compliance

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills

✅ Strong analytical, decision-making and leadership capabilities

✅ Experience building/scaling claims processes in a fast-paced workplace A Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business or a related field is preferred.
