Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head to manage and supervise multiple Ethical and Generic Medicine retail shops.

The candidate will be responsible for overall store performance, sales growth, team handling, and smooth operations across all assigned outlets

- * Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations and overall performance of the retail pharmacy store.
- Develop and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales, revenue and business targets.
- Monitor store profitability, expenses and overall financial performance (P&L;).
- Lead, supervise and evaluate pharmacists and store staff, ensuring productivity and performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service, customer retention and effective customer counseling.




- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, key customers and local stakeholders.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, fast-moving/slow-moving medicines and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure effective expiry, damage and stock-loss control.
- Coordinate with Head Office, Purchase and Accounts teams for stock, procurement and operational requirements.
- Monitor store compliance, pharmacy records, drug licence, pharmacist registration and company SOPs.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly MIS/performance reports to management.
- Identify operational challenges, implement corrective actions and business improvement strategies to improve sales, profitability and store performance.
