Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Performance Validation & On Road Endurance
- Coordinate and manage all vehicle testing activities.
- Analyze test data, results, and reports.
- Troubleshooting test vehicles and failure investigation.
- Recommend alternative evaluation and validation methods when required.
- Monitor test progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Track and communicate the status of DRT testing activities.
- Coordinate with CMVR testing, Homologation, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable testing procedures, standards, and requirements.
- Support the investigation and resolution of test-related issues.
- Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and practices.

Additional Responsibilities





- Maintaining documents for audits.
- Contribution to process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the department

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of vehicle testing methodologies and evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency in test data analysis and report preparation.
- Working knowledge of Power Apps, Python, AI tools, or other digital automation platforms.
- Familiarity with automotive standards, regulations, and validation processes.

Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering

Experience Required

2 - 5 years in vehicle testing and validation.
