Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and physically solid UV Machine Operator to join our dynamic production floor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment, possessing a solid technical background (ITI or Diploma) and a strong command over heavy production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Setup, run, and control heavy UV coating/printing machines according to daily production schedules.
- Shop-Floor Management: Maintain smooth floor operations, monitor output quality, and minimize downtime.
- Technical Maintenance: Perform routine checks, clean nozzles/components, and carry out basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure finished goods meet company standards while strictly adhering to industrial safety guidelines.
- Floor Collaboration:



Work closely with the production team and assist in guiding trainees on safety and basic operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: ITI (Fitter/Machinist/Turner/Printing) or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced industrial or production environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of UV machines, mechanical operations, and basic machine maintenance.
- Physical Capability: Physically fit and comfortable handling heavy equipment and standing for long floor shifts.
