Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Dynamics 365 environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, security management, setting monitoring, user support, data management, and ensuring platform stability and performance. The candidate will work closely with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure the stability, security, and performance of the D365 platform.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration

- Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 environments (Production, UAT, Sandbox, Development).
- Manage system configurations, business units, teams, security roles, and user access.
- Manage workflows, business processes, queues, and system jobs.
- Monitor application performance, storage utilization, and system health.
- Perform environment refreshes, backups, and restore activities.
- Coordinate with D365 Developers, Functional Consultants, QA, and business teams.
- Maintain technical and operational documentation.
- Provide technical support to business users and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs. User & Security Management

- Provision and de-provision users.
- Manage role-based security and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and policies.
- Conduct periodic security audits and access reviews. Platform Support & Maintenance

- Troubleshoot and resolve D365 application, security, integration, and access issues.
- Coordinate with Microsoft Support and implementation partners when required.
- Manage release updates,



patches, and new feature deployments.
- Maintain system documentation, administration procedures, and governance standards. Integration & Data Management

- Support integrations with Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Perform data imports, exports, migration, and data quality checks.
- Monitor integration jobs and resolve failures.

Stakeholder Support

- Provide end-user support and training.
- Work closely with business teams to identify system improvements.
- Support testing activities during upgrades and enhancements.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in the following areas: D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management

- 4 6 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;/Finance & Supply Chain Management administration/Support.
- Strong knowledge of D365 environments, security, roles, teams, and access management.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization techniques is desirable.

- Experience with Power Platform Admin Centre.
- Experience troubleshooting D365 application and integration issues.
- Understanding of APIs, connectors, integrations, and data migration.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) integration.
- Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Microsoft certification(s) related to Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Power Platform .
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse is an advantage.
- Experience with D365 Finance & SCM version upgrades and Microsoft One Version update cycles is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certification.
- Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps .
- Knowledge of PowerShell or scripting/automation.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level D365 environments. Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems , or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an advantage.
