Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.

Daily responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system. The role involves negotiating offers, supporting onboarding activities,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will collaborate closely with account managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and meet hiring targets within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and screening for US markets, including use of job boards, social media platforms, and skilled networks.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and offer negotiation.
- Knowledge of US staffing practices, time zones, and basic employment terminology; prior experience with RPO or staffing firms is an advantage.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRMs, and MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work US shifts as required, along with a collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
