Position: HR Executive – U.S. HR Operations

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Shift: U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee onboarding and employment documentation.
- Assist with Form I-9 and E-Verify processes as part of U.S. employee onboarding.
- Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up with candidates/employees for pending documents and onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates regarding documentation, onboarding, employment status, and required follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Support U.S. HR Operations and compliance activities.
- Assist with benefits and insurance coordination.
- Provide payroll-related HR support and employee updates.
- Maintain employee records, trackers, reports, and HR documentation.




- Support employee lifecycle activities, including joining, transfers, extensions, and offboarding.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely completion of onboarding and documentation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS

- Freshers Only
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Knowledge/interest in U.S. HR Operations, Onboarding, Offboarding, Compliance & Benefits preferred
- Basic understanding of I-9 and E-Verify is an advantage
- Valuable English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook
- HRIS/HRMS knowledge is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, confidentiality & coordination skills
- Good follow-up and communication skills
- Must be willing to work U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
