Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US staffing, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and hands-on experience working with job portals, ATS, vendors, and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment from requirement understanding through candidate placement.
- Source candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions using Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and rate.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening of candidates.
- Verify candidates' US work authorization such as USC, GC, EAD, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work with W2, C2C, 1099, and other applicable US staffing models as required.
- Coordinate with account managers, vendors, hiring managers, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation/rates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, interview status,



and joining details in the ATS/CRM.
- Ensure compliance with client and company recruitment processes.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly submission, interview, and closure targets.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills
- 36 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
- Good understanding of US locations, time zones, employment types, and work authorization.
- Experience with Boolean search and X-Ray search techniques.
- Strong candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with US-based clients, implementation partners, or staffing vendors.
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment reporting.
