Role Description The US Accounting Team Lead / Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH, responsible for overseeing accounting and financial reporting for US-based clients. The role includes supervising daily bookkeeping activities, reviewing general ledgers, and ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with US accounting standards. The individual will coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, manage client communication regarding financial performance, and ensure timely delivery of reports.

They will guide the team in handling reconciliations, audits,



and regulatory compliance requirements, while identifying process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. This position also involves mentoring team members, monitoring workload allocation, and collaborating with senior leadership to support client engagement and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with a solid understanding of US GAAP or equivalent standards.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting and Financial Statements preparation, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reporting.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software - Quickbooks, Xero and Zoho and ERP systems, and be comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; qualified certifications (such as CPA, CA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in leading accounting teams or managing outsourced accounting processes for international clients, preferably US-based.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a deadline-driven setting.
- Commitment to ethical practices, attention to detail, and a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.
