Work Shift: U.S. Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

JOB SUMMARY

The selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to U.S. Accounting processes, QuickBooks, payroll, invoicing, timesheet management, financial documentation, and MIS reporting .

We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn, have good attention to detail, and are interested in developing their careers in U.S. Accounting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and work on QuickBooks and U.S. Accounting processes .

• Assist with payroll management and payroll processing .

- Maintain accurate payroll and financial records.

• Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel .

• Assist with invoicing and timesheet management .

- Maintain financial documentation and accounting records.




- Assist with data entry and reconciliation of financial information.
- Support payment follow-ups and account-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payroll requirements.

• Support day-to-day U.S. Accounting operations .

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS
- Freshers Only

• MBA (Finance) preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, B.Com, BBA Finance, M.Com , or any finance-related field.

• Basic understanding of accounting concepts .

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills .

- Telugu and Hindi communication skills required.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Must be comfortable working in the U.S. Night Shift .
