Role: Manage end-to-end US accounting for international clients, financial reporting, and review of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- DonorPerfect & QuickBooks Online – donation recording
- Restricted/Unrestricted donation classification & tracking
- Monthly financial statements
- GL, AP/AR & bank reconciliations
- Review work and handle accounting escalations
Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent
- 3+ years US Accounting/Bookkeeping; Nonprofit experience preferred
- US GAAP & QBO knowledge
- Xero/Zoho/Wave & DonorPerfect – added advantage
- Excel: Pivot Tables & Lookup formulas
- Solid English communication, client handling & independent working ability
- Experience with monthly/quarterly close deadlines
