- Senior Product Manager

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a product segment end-to-end. You'll own the product direction, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for the segment, working closely with business and cross-functional teams to scale it.

You’ll operate within a clear business/product charter, with the autonomy to shape the strategy and roadmap for your segment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to make high-impact decisions, manage trade-offs, and build a product that delivers strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and key outcomes for your segment.
- Translate the segment charter and business goals into clear priorities and investments.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, market dynamics, competition, and business economics.
- Identify opportunities to improve key metrics such as revenue, conversion, retention, engagement, and efficiency.
- Lead initiatives end-to-end, from identifying problems and validating opportunities to execution, launch, and scale.
- Make prioritization and resource trade-offs across competing initiatives.
- Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to make and validate product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design,



analytics, marketing, and operations.
- Manage senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and communicate strategy, performance, risks, and trade-offs to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 4 - 7 years of Product Management or relevant product/business experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of significant products, business areas, or measurable outcomes.
- Strong product strategy, prioritization, and business thinking.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach; SQL strongly preferred.
- Valuable understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and technical systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and operating independently.
