Role & responsibilities
- Service /Execution of 13(2), 13(4) of SARFAESI act.
- filing of sec. 14 application before DM/CJM/CMM
- liasoning with police & enforcement agency for physical possession
- liasoning with cross vertical dept. for execution of statutory activities.
- follow-up with advocate & court for pending order
- monitoring against/by cases in court and FIR through police liasoning at police station
- execution of summon / bailable / non-bailable warrants through police
- customer / property / agency visit for regular follow up
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must be LLB completed & vell versed with knowledge of Law & property related experience
- Candidate must be local
