Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure, systems, and network environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications.
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and availability.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot network, desktop, server, and connectivity issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and technical issues.
- Maintain system documentation and IT asset records.
- Implement security updates, patches, and antivirus solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers when required.
