Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Industrial Automation
- Train students on PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors and Industrial

Communication

- Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations and project-based learning
- Simplify complex technical concepts and make learning application-

oriented
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
- Mentor and motivate students towards career readiness




- Maintain training documentation and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation systems and applications
- Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors &

Instrumentation

- Good communication, presentation and training skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Robust mentoring and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and student development

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:

Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Industrial Automation or related disciplines
