Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance operations for fleet and industrial machinery. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring maximum operational efficiency and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Oversee maintenance activities for heavy equipment, fleet, and industrial machinery.
- Manage maintenance teams and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Optimize technical and human resources to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Analyze equipment performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams for maintenance planning.
