We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in P&C; Insurance Billing to join our team and work closely with a US-based client.

? Experience: 14–20 years overall

? 12+ years in Business Analysis – P&C; Insurance

? 8+ years specifically in Insurance Billing

? Location: India Delivery Center

? US EST overlap: Minimum 4 hours daily

? Client-facing: Daily interaction with US stakeholders

? Key Expertise

- Direct Bill, Agency Bill & List Bill
- Billing accounts, policies & payment plans
- Installments, down payments, fees & schedule rewrites
- Invoicing, billing cycles & statements
- Cash receipts, allocation, unapplied/suspense cash & reversals
- Commission calculation, splits & agency payables
- Delinquency, dunning, cancellation & reinstatement
- Refunds, return premium, write-offs & aging
- GL integration & reconciliation
- Premium finance, mortgagee/escrow & third-party billing
- Billing requirements, BRDs, FRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria




- Client workshops, UAT, functional testing & QA coordination

? Platform Experience

Hands-on functional experience with one or more of:

Guidewire BillingCenter | Duck Creek Billing | OneShield | Majesco Billing | Vertafore IMS | ALIS

Candidates should have personally owned billing requirements/builds or transformation initiatives and be comfortable working independently with US clients and distributed development teams.
