Job Title: Front Office In-Charge

Location: Pali,Naya Gaon, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a confident and well-presented Front Office In-Charge to manage the school’s reception and front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the front office and reception area efficiently.
- Greet and assist parents, students, visitors, and staff professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence.
- Coordinate visitor management and maintain front-office records.
- Provide information regarding school activities, schedules, and general enquiries.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Local candidates only.
- Prior experience in front office/reception, preferably in a school environment, will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with valuable interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
