Unit Director Role The Director Centre Operations will lead the day-to-day functioning of the centre with a primary mandate of operations and execution. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20–25 people comprising doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, technicians, supportive staff, administrative and marketing personnel. Business continuity is the mandate, and Business development is a secondary responsibility and is expected to evolve through operational excellence, relationships and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution across all services.
- Drive operational efficiency, SOP implementation, process excellence and continuous quality improvement.
- Recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams; build a strong hiring pipeline and skilled network to support future growth.
- Manage and motivate diverse teams including doctors, paramedical staff, support services, administration and marketing.
- Supervise marketing execution and ensure initiatives translate into measurable outcomes.
- Optimise financial performance through resource utilisation, cost control, analytics and operational metrics.
- Build and nurture relationships with referring doctors, referral hospitals, corporates and strategic partners.
- Ensure unit maintenance, regulatory compliance, infrastructure upkeep and smooth daily functioning.
- Use analytics, integration and data-driven decision-making to improve performance and support sustainable growth.
- Work closely with leadership to convert plans into measurable results.

Compensation

610 Lakhs per annum (based on experience) plus performance-linked incentives and opportunities for career growth as VAAYU expands.
