Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with hospital and group objectives.

- Manpower planning & budgeting for all hospital units.

- Talent acquisition & retention strategy, including seniorlevel hiring.

- Performance management system (PMS) design, monitoring, and review.

- Compensation &

advantages planning

, ensuring costeffective structures.

- Training & development, including leadership development and skillbuilding programs.

- Employee engagement & culture building, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

- Statutory & labor law compliance, HR audits, and policy governance.

- HR analytics & MIS reporting to management for decision support.

- Overseeing HR operations across units, ensuring alignment with group HR strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12+ years in HR, with at least 57 years in a senior leadership role.

- Hospital industry experience strongly preferred, especially NABHaccredited hospitals.

- Proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.

- MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations is preferred
