CTC- 22k-38k monthly
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients across various industries, including BPO, non-voice process, chat support, email support, and international processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent English language skills with solid written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including night shifts with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
- Proficiency in using technology-based tools for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
