We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to craft engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires robust proficiency in design tools, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities

- Develop visual storyboards to illustrate and communicate concepts, user journeys, and interaction flows for gamified projects and immersive applications.

- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user interfaces for Games, VR, AR. Web and Mobile applications that are visually appealing and intuitive.

- Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly) to create innovative visual solutions and prompt-based illustrations.

- Collaborate with clients, product managers, and developers to understand requirements and deliver design solutions aligned with business goals.

- Maintain consistent brand identity across digital platforms and marketing materials.

- Produce high-quality graphics, icons, illustrations, and minimal 2D animations to enhance user experience.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.

- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and techniques to innovate and improve design processes.

- Ensure seamless handoff of design specifications to development teams for accurate implementation.





- Develop design systems and component libraries to standardize UI across projects.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.

- 35 years of professional experience in UI and graphic design for gamified web, mobile and VR applications.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframing, prototyping, UI design, branding, and illustration skills.

- Knowledge of design principles and best practices for multiple platforms.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and stakeholders.

- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail with a passion for delivering visually compelling and functional designs.
