About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who enjoys solving real problems through thoughtful, usable, and accessible digital experiences.

At Techrays Labs, design goes beyond visual aesthetics. You’ll work on web and mobile products for clients across the US, Australia, Europe, and Canada, contributing to products that are used by real people.

We follow a human-centered and accessibility-first approach, with usability, consistency, and WCAG principles playing an important role in our design process.

What You’ll Do

- Understand business requirements, user needs, and project objectives.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive experiences for web, tablet, and mobile.
- Develop clean, intuitive, and consistent interfaces across different products.
- Apply user-centered design principles to solve usability problems.
- Follow accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines while designing interfaces.
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI patterns.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for developer handoff.
- Review implemented designs and identify visual or usability inconsistencies.
- Participate in design discussions, reviews, and client/project meetings when required.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design practices.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and processes.
- Good knowledge of user-centered design and usability principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Good knowledge of typography,



color, spacing, layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
- Understanding of WCAG and accessibility-first design.
- Ability to create reusable components and work with design systems.
- Basic understanding of how web and mobile interfaces are developed.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate with developers.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to different industries and client requirements.

Tools & Technologies

Required:

- Figma – UI design, wireframing, prototyping, components, and design systems
- Figma Make – AI Based workflow assistance
- Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Express – Basic image and graphic editing
- Figma Dev Mode – Developer handoff and design specifications
- Familiarity with HTML & CSS
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA

Good to Have:

- Experience with Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of Material UI, Bootstrap, or other UI frameworks
- Familiarity with accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, axe DevTools, or Lighthouse
- Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools
- Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms

Pay: ₹11,283.96 - ₹48,560.89 per month
