UI/UX Designer About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in

Figma to design intuitive, modern, and user-friendly digital experiences across our website, web applications, and mobile products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both

UI design and UX principles and be able to convert business and product requirements into simple, scalable, and visually engaging experiences. You will work closely with the

Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Business teams to understand user needs, identify design opportunities, and deliver high-quality digital experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

Design user-centric interfaces for websites, web applications, dashboards, and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs . Translate product requirements and business objectives into effective UX solutions. Create clean, modern, responsive, and conversion-focused interfaces. Maintain consistency across different digital products and platforms. Figma Expertise

Use

Figma as the primary design and prototyping tool. Build reusable components, variants, libraries, and design systems . Create interactive prototypes to communicate user journeys and product functionality. Maintain well-organized Figma files with proper naming, structure, components, and documentation. Prepare developer-ready designs with appropriate spacing, typography, assets, and specifications.



UX & Research

Understand user behavior, pain points, and business requirements. Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluation. Identify friction points in existing user journeys and recommend design improvements. Use user feedback and product data to continuously improve the experience. Collaboration

Work closely with Product Managers and developers throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborate with the Marketing team on landing pages, campaigns, and conversion-focused experiences. Present design concepts and explain design decisions to internal stakeholders. Work with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and consistency. Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with

Figma . Strong understanding of

UI/UX design principles .

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs. Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first design. Understanding of typography, color, layout, grids, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Experience creating and maintaining design systems . Understanding of usability and accessibility principles. Ability to convert complex requirements into straightforward user experiences. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills. Good to Have

Experience designing

B2B SaaS, marketplaces, dashboards, or enterprise products . Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Experience working with product analytics and user behavior data. Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity, or s
