We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 0-1 years of experience in product design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging product interfaces

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to understand user needs, business goals, and product requirements

- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions

- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user experiences aligned with product objectives

- Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across products

- Translate complex workflows into simple and effective user interfaces

- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs

- Analyze user feedback and product performance metrics to continuously improve the user experience

- Present design solutions and recommendations during meetings to educate and drive best outcomes for the team

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies,



and best practices in UX/UI design

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0-1 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS, enterprise, or product-based environments

- Solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design process

- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design

- Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs

- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-platform design standards

- Understanding of design systems and component-based design approaches

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts is an advantage

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience designing enterprise applications or B2B products

- Exposure to data visualization, dashboards, and analytics-driven interfaces is a plus

- Domain knowledge in life science and pharm is a plus
