Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily warehouse operations and identify operational bottlenecks, delays, and abnormalities.
- Investigate issues related to receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory, and returns.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team leaders to resolve operational problems quickly.
- Troubleshoot WMS, barcode scanning, handheld devices, automation, and other warehouse systems.
- Identify the root causes of recurring operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding material-handling equipment, conveyors, forklifts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
- Handle inventory discrepancies and coordinate investigations to improve stock accuracy.
- Monitor order fulfillment issues and ensure urgent problems are escalated appropriately.
- Analyze operational data, productivity reports, downtime, error rates, and service-level performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce errors, delays, and operational costs.
- Maintain an issue/incident log and track corrective actions through to completion.
- Coordinate between warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, IT, maintenance,



and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards.
- Train and coach warehouse employees on troubleshooting procedures and problem-solving techniques.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational issues, resolutions, and improvement initiatives.
- Lead investigations for major incidents and prepare root-cause analysis (RCA) and preventive-action plans.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives such as 5S, Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization.
