Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for UAE and GCC-based clients from sourcing to onboarding.

- Manage contract and contract-to-hire (C2H) positions, ensuring quick turnaround and quality submissions.

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn), referrals, and headhunting.

- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, verifying relocation readiness and visa status.

- Negotiate offers, finalize contracts, and coordinate with clients for onboarding and documentation.

- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring UAE requirements.

- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and visa regulations.

- Build strong client relationships through timely updates and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE / GCC recruitment.





- Strong exposure to contract and C2H hiring for IT and Non-IT roles.

- Proven experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster Gulf, and social platforms.

- Excellent understanding of UAE job market, visa types, and salary structures.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
