Role Objective

Drive business growth and achieve district sales targets for the Dealer channel under PM Surya Ghar Yojana by onboarding, developing, and growing a robust network of dealer partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Management & Development

- Onboard new dealers and monitor dealer performance and sales funnel, resolving blockers proactively.
- Conduct dealer sales coaching, training sessions, and periodic performance audits.
- Support dealers with local marketing collateral and clear incentive communication.
- Drive dealer productivity, retention, and overall channel growth in the assigned district.

1. Direct (B2C) Sales

- Generate and close B2C leads within the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer need analysis and meetings; identify process blockers and provide effective solutions and information.
- Ensure payment collection, enter all PMSGY orders on the portal, and ensure timely order-to-execution completion.
- Achieve direct sales targets as per district allocation.

1. Customer Experience





- Track the customer journey from inquiry to installation completion.
- Collect post-installation feedback and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Ensure customers receive proper documentation, guidance, and post-installation support.
- Achieve high CSAT through proper need understanding and correct solutioning.

1. Local Lead Generation

- Drive local lead generation initiatives through dealers and field teams.
- Support marketing and outreach activities to build a strong local funnel.
- Encourage customer referrals and oversee timely distribution of referral incentives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Dealer onboarding numbers
- Dealer-driven sales
- Dealer retention rate
- Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)

Qualification & Experience Qualification Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)

Experience 3 - 6 years in Sales / Channel Management
