About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager Business Loan to manage the sales team and drive business through the DSA channel. The role involves developing sourcing relationships, generating quality leads, and achieving business and disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide the Business Loan sales team to achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs and sourcing partners.
- Drive Business Loan sourcing through the DSA channel and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.




- Identify current DSAs and expand the sourcing network within the assigned area.
- Monitor team performance, lead conversion, login, approval, and disbursement activities.
- Ensure quality sourcing in line with credit policies and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and other teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular team reviews and improve productivity and conversion.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Business Loan / SME Loan sales.
- Experience in DSA channel management and team handling.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, conversion, sourcing, and disbursement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented approach with knowledge of the local market.
