Job Summary:

The Treasury Lead will support the management of the companys liquidity, cash flows, and banking operations in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role is critical in ensuring optimal fund availability, timely payments, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with banking and payment partners.The position requires strong operational discipline, analytical skills, and a clear understanding of payment flows and treasury controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury & Cash Management

- Assist in daily cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and fund flow planning across multiple bank accounts and payment channels.
- Ensure sufficient balances for operational requirements across geographies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury MIS reports covering cash balances, fund flows, and exceptions.
- Monitor inflows and outflows to optimise cash utilisation and minimise idle funds.
- Support treasury setup for new products, business lines, or geographies.
- Support the management of short-term investments and surplus funds.

Banking & Partner Management
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for account management and fund movements.




- Support onboarding of new bank accounts, escrow/nodal accounts, and payment partners.
- Track and resolve bank-related issues and transaction failures.

Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal treasury policies, and compliance requirements applicable to fintech operations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing treasury documentation, confirmations and reports.
- Maintain robust treasury controls and audit trails to mitigate operational and financial risk.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or skilled certification (CMA/ACCA) is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or finance operations, preferably within fintech, banking, or payments.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and banking regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Solid communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
