Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to provide travel-related assistance.
- Process bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services using Amadeus system.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in Sales workplace (freshers can apply).
- Flexible Timings
- Proficiency in English language skills (reading comprehension, writing, speaking).
- Basic knowledge of air ticketing processes and procedures. (we will train)
