Job Responsibilities

- Handle Domestic &
- International travel enquiries

and client requirements.

- Prepare and sell tour packages, quotations and customized itineraries.

- Handle client calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, DMCs and other suppliers.

- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain customer and booking details in the CRM.

- Manage existing clients and develop new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Travel &
- Tourism, DMC, Tour Operations or Travel Sales.

- Experience in Domestic and/or International travel sales preferred.

- Graduate/Diploma in Travel &

- Tourism, Hospitality,



Hotel Management or a related field

.

- Strong English &

- Hindi communication

skills.

- Good knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, packages and basic ticketing.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, WhatsApp and CRM.

- Strong customer handling, negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.

- Target-oriented and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
