Role & responsibilities

- Handle International and Domestic Air Reservations & Ticketing.

- Manage PNR creation, modifications, and itinerary management.

- Provide accurate fare quotations and pricing for clients.

- Issue tickets using GDS systems and ensure correct routing.

- Manage reservation requests through calls and emails.

- Coordinate directly with corporate clients and respond to queries promptly.

- Manage urgent and last-minute travel arrangements.

- Maintain accuracy and compliance with airline policies and travel guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust experience handling emergency travel service requests.

- Excellent knowledge of Air Reservations and Ticketing processes.

- Ability to provide quick fare solutions during urgent travel situations.

- Hands-on experience with GDS systems:

- Amadeus

- Galileo

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
