Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Working Hours: UK Business Hours | Approx. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT/BST

Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day

Languages: English & Gujarati – Excellent spoken and written communication

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant / Booking Specialist to support our UK-based customers with end-to-end travel bookings, primarily using Sabre GDS .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in GDS booking and ticketing, excellent knowledge of international travel, and the ability to build solid relationships with customers through a friendly, consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end flight bookings using Sabre GDS and other GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Travelport.
- Search, quote, and book single, multi-city, and complex international itineraries .
- Handle ticketing, reissues, refunds, cancellations, and PNR management .
- Understand and manage fare rules, ADMs, and ACMs .
- Handle India-specific travel requirements, including multi-city India itineraries, wedding and group travel, pilgrimage travel, and elderly/assisted travel.
- Respond to customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email .
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers for special requirements.
- Maintain accurate booking records and CRM updates.
- Proactively communicate fare changes, schedule changes, and urgent booking issues.




- Build strong customer relationships through natural conversation and a high-touch service approach.
- Provide regular EOD reports on bookings, customer interactions, and KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3+ years of hands-on Sabre GDS experience with actual live booking experience.
- Strong understanding of international flight bookings, fare rules, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and cancellations .
- Experience handling complex and multi-city itineraries .
- Working knowledge of another GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Travelport is an advantage.
- Prior experience supporting UK or international customers is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian domestic travel sectors and India-specific routing is a plus.
- Experience with holiday package quoting is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working with WhatsApp Business, email, CRM, and other customer communication tools .
- Excellent spoken and written English and Gujarati .
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Should be talkative, confident, customer-focused, and comfortable creating natural conversations .
