Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations, coordinate vehicle movements, and ensure efficient fleet management. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, good system knowledge, and the ability to manage transport operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily transportation operations.
- Monitor vehicle schedules, route planning, and on-time performance.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, attendance, and operational compliance.
- Maintain accurate transport records, reports, and documentation.




- Handle transportation-related issues and implement timely solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport operations or fleet management.
- Good knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS) and computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage daily operations and work effectively in a team.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
