Our Motto: Travel More, Worry Less Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell our travel packages and services. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, understand travel requirements, prepare suitable quotations and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins.

Understand customers’ destinations, travel dates, budgets and preferences. Recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages. Prepare customised itineraries, quotations and package proposals.

Follow up regularly with potential customers and convert leads into bookings. Explain package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms and cancellation policies clearly. Coordinate with hotels,



transport providers and other travel partners.

Assist customers with hotel, flight, visa and luxury bus booking requirements. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, payments and confirmed bookings. Collect customer feedback and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.

Work towards achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide professional pre-booking and post-booking customer support.

Required

SkillsStrong communication and customer-handling skills. Good sales, negotiation and lead-conversion ability. Basic knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations. Ability to prepare quotations and travel itineraries. Working knowledge of MS Office, email and WhatsApp. Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups. Positive attitude, confidence and a target-oriented approach. Good command of Hindi and basic English.

Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Candidates with qualifications in travel and tourism will be preferred. Previous experience in travel sales, telecalling or customer service is desirable. Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
