Role & responsibilities

- Receive and review customer indents and transport requirements.

- Plan vehicles based on the earliest availability of own and attached vehicles.

- Arrange market vehicles when own or attached vehicles are unavailable or unsuitable.

- Assign vehicles and drivers according to load type, capacity, route and customer requirements.

- Coordinate continuously with drivers in Hindi.

- Monitor vehicle reporting, loading, dispatch, transit, unloading and trip completion.

- Track GPS location, expected arrival time and vehicle delays.

- Follow up on material readiness, loading delays, unloading delays and detention.

- Update vehicle and trip status accurately in Excel or ERP.

- Maintain pending indent, vehicle availability and driver-duty records.

- Prepare shift-wise planning and ensure proper handover to the next shift.

- Escalate vehicle breakdowns, driver issues, accidents and operational delays immediately.





- Coordinate with customers, drivers, transport vendors, maintenance and internal teams.

- Maintain daily planning, placement, OTIF and delay reports.

Day Shift: Work from the office.

- Evening Shift: Work from home for vehicle follow-up, driver coordination and planning.

- Night Shift: Work from home for vehicle monitoring, operational follow-up and planning.

Candidates must remain reachable and actively respond to operational requirements throughout their assigned shift.

Preferred candidate profile

- Responsible, alert and able to handle continuous transport operations.

- Able to manage multiple vehicles and drivers simultaneously.

- Willing to learn transport planning and logistics coordination.

- Must be available for rotational three-shift duty.
