- PMC engineer ( Civil/Arch) with 5+ years experience in supervising interior fit outs for theaters/ large retail show rooms etc. Should have sound knowledge about the civil works related to interior works and familiar with related MEP issues. Should have experience in co-ordinating directly with design team during execution of the project. Work experience should be either as a sole PMC engineer for such projects with cost of Rs 1-2 Cr or as Team Lead for such projects with value exceeding 2Cr. Even those who are doing free lancing is fine.
