Role Description The Training Placement Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Training & Placement Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing campus placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with recruiters, and creating opportunities for learners across aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service domains. Daily responsibilities include liaising with colleges and industry partners, organizing placement drives and recruitment events,



preparing learners for interviews through soft skills and employability training, and maintaining accurate placement records and reports.

The role also involves regularly communicating with learners, understanding their career goals, providing guidance on job readiness, and aligning training outcomes with current industry requirements.

The Training Placement

Officer works closely with trainers and management to ensure that placement strategies are effective and consistently improve placement outcomes.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage campus placement activities, including Campus Placement coordination and College Recruiting.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with learners, colleges, and recruiting organizations.
- Experience in Training and Soft Skills development, especially interview preparation and workplace readiness.
- Robust relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management abilities with educational and industry partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in management, education, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in placement coordination, career services, or recruitment, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or vocational training sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic data management for reports and placement tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively, meet targets, and adapt to dynamic placement and industry requirements.
