Role Description The Training and Placement Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Patna. This role involves coordinating placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, and facilitating recruitment opportunities for learners. The coordinator will guide learners on interview preparation, resume development, and professional etiquette, while tracking placement outcomes and maintaining accurate records.

Daily responsibilities include scheduling campus interviews, liaising with recruiters,



supporting training teams in aligning course content with industry needs, and addressing learner queries related to career pathways. The role also includes preparing periodic reports on placement performance and contributing to initiatives that enhance employability and employer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with learners, recruiters, and training staff.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication for presentations, counseling, and correspondence.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service orientation to support learners professionally and handle recruiter interactions effectively.
- Candidates should possess experience or interest in Education environments, preferably in vocational or professional training settings.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting-related skills, such as coordinating interviews, understanding hiring processes, and managing placement pipelines.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, HR, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in placement coordination, career services, HR, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office software and data tracking tools are desirable.
