REGIONAL SERVICE TRAINER - SOUTH REGION

Job Summary: We are looking for a Regional Service Product Trainer for the ZeroB brand to drive product and service training across the SouthRegion, including developing and executing the regional training calendar, customizing modules based on local requirements, and collaborating with regional heads to enhance employee capability and performance.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular service training sessions across the assigned region to enhance technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and service quality standards. Deliver technical training, product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting workshops to ensure service employees and partners are confident in handling service requirements. Train and certify service partners and technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards, safety guidelines, and service protocols.

Provide field training and on-the-job coaching to service teams to improve practical skills, efficiency, and first-time resolution rates. Conduct customer visits along with service teams to understand real-time issues, demonstrate best service practices, and ensure high customer satisfaction.



Collaborate with regional managers and service leaders to identify skill gaps and implement structured training programs to improve service performance and productivity.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field performance, and customer feedback, and recommend continuous improvements. Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, certifications, and performance tracking for reporting and audits. Provide refresher training and skill upgradation programs to ensure continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies.

Travel across the assigned region to conduct classroom, in office, and field service training sessions

Qualification Experience 3-5 years A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels Flexibility to travel within the region. Proficiency in MS Office and other training software/tools
