Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct training programs for Sales, Customer Care, and Store teams.

· Train employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and company processes.

· Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.

· Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.

· Identify training needs and improve employee performance through coaching.

· Conduct regular refresher and skill-development sessions.

· Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.

· Coordinate with department heads to understand training requirements.

· Provide feedback and performance improvement guidance to employees.

Required Skills:

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Robust knowledge of training and development.

· Good understanding of sales and customer service.

· Confident and engaging personality.

· Strong coaching and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to conduct classroom and practical training.

· Willingness to travel to stores/locations when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
