1. Identify Training Needs Analyse learners' skill gaps and training requirements.

2. Plan Training Programs Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and learning materials.

3. Deliver Training – Conduct classroom, online, or practical training sessions effectively.

4. Use Appropriate Training Methods – Apply lectures, demonstrations, group discussions, role plays, and hands-on activities.

5. Assess Learning – Evaluate participants through quizzes, assignments, practical tests, and observations.

6. Monitor Progress – Track learner performance and provide additional support where needed.

7. Maintain Training Records – Keep attendance, assessment results, and training documentation.

8. Update Knowledge and Skills – Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and teaching methods.
