- Assist in receipt of raw materials and packing materials.
- Check quantity, batch details, material codes, and documents during material receipt.
- Ensure materials are stored in designated locations.
- Maintain proper segregation of approved, rejected, quarantine, and returned materials.
- Assist in updating stock and inventory records in ERP/system.
- Support dispensing and issuance of materials as per authorized requisitions.
- Maintain batch-wise and location-wise inventory.
- Assist in periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper labeling and traceability of materials.
- Maintain store-related documentation and records.
- Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and Production for material movement and status updates.
- Report discrepancies, damages, shortages, or excess stock to the concerned senior.
