Role & responsibilities

- Understand and follow SOPs, process sheets, work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
- Assist in achieving daily production and productivity targets.
- Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities or deviations to the concerned senior.
- Ensure proper handling, identification, and traceability of components and finished products.
- Maintain production records, checklists, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in bearing assembly and packing operations.
- Ensure adherence to defined assembly methods and work instructions.
- Support manpower utilization and production planning at the shop-floor level.
- Ensure proper handling and identification of finished bearings.
- Develop basic understanding of CNC / conventional machining, tooling, and inspection.
- Support tool-change and machine-related activities under supervision.
- Assist in controlling rejection, rework, and process losses.
- Report machine abnormalities and coordinate with the concerned team.
