Trainee Product Sales executive - International

Moon Technolabs is hiring a Trainee Product Sales executive at Sola, Ahmedabad. We are looking for a candidate with excellent English communication, professional email writing skills, and an interest in software sales.

Position Details:

- Job Type: Full-Time
- Shift: US Shift (6 PM – 4 AM)
- Working Hours: 9 Hours, 6 Days a Week
- Shift: Rotational as per availability
- Client Communication: Yes, Required

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate fluently with clients and draft professional business emails.
- Follow up on leads, generate sales, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Understand client workflows and demonstrate how Moon Invoice meets their needs.
- Manage sales pipelines, CRM records, call logs,



and email interactions.
- Maintain customer relationships, resolve issues, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Identify upselling opportunities with existing customers.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and email writing skills.
- Basic understanding of technical terms and software troubleshooting.
- Software sales and CRM experience is an advantage.
- Solid multitasking, prioritization, and sales skills.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and screen-sharing tools.
