Trainee Associate - BFSI Operations

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar, Phase IV)

Eligibility

- Any Non-Engineering / Non-Technical Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Graduation must be completed.
- Candidates must provide original educational documents (Degree/Provisional Certificate and Mark Sheets) for BGV.
- UGC/AICTE-recognized institutions only.

Work Arrangement

- Hybrid model with mandatory office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Must be open to working from the office 5 days a week based on business requirements.

Shift Requirement

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts between 12:00 PM and 3:00 AM.

- Typical shifts
- 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Transportation

- Drop facility available for shifts ending after 7:00 PM.
- Applicable as per company transport coverage policy.
