We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented qualified to manage the planning, sourcing, and purchase of domestic products. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring market trends and prices, managing purchase requirements, and ensuring timely availability of products while maintaining cost and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute domestic product purchases based on requirements and demand.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with domestic suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
- Monitor market prices, product availability, and supplier trends.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels based on demand and sales requirements.




- Track purchase orders, deliveries, pending quantities, and supplier commitments.
- Ensure products meet required quality, quantity, and specification standards.
- Support cost optimization and identify opportunities for better sourcing and procurement.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in domestic procurement, trading, sourcing, purchase, or supply-chain operations.
- Experience dealing with manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, or domestic suppliers is an advantage.
- Must have 3 - 5 yrs of relevant experience.
