Job Summary

Skill Requirements

Strong Knowledge Of Itil Framework And

Servicenow (Snow), Bmc Remedy, Ca Service Desk, And Avanti.

3.

Excellent Communication Skills With The Ability To Mentor And Guide Teams Effectively.

Proven Ability To Drive Process Improvements

And Manage Operational Systems.

Other Requirements

Itil Foundation Certification Is

Required.

Additional Itil
