Track & Trace Coordinator — Techluj Solutions

Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan (on-site) — Night shift (US hours)

Techluj Solutions supports freight brokerages and trucking companies across Canada and the US with round-the-clock dispatch and customer service support. We're hiring a Track & Trace Coordinator to serve one of our clients, an established freight brokerage based in the USA.

What you'll do

- Monitor loads in transit for our US client and update shipment status in real time
- Call carriers and drivers for check calls and location updates
- Flag delays or issues early and communicate them to the client and dispatch team
- Keep load records and tracking systems accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and shippers to resolve exceptions

What we're looking for

- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Comfortable working night shift to match US business hours




- Solid phone communication and multitasking under pressure
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer service preferred but not required; training provided
- Basic computer skills, comfortable learning new software quickly
